Activ8 Capital Investors is an early stage investor, with a focus on growth companies in the technology, education, fin-tech, consumer products and general industrial sectors. 

Activ8 Capital Investors partners with businesses which are ready to commercialise a product or service, or already have their product in the market. We prefer companies with existing customers, revenue and management teams, but with a requirement for growth capital and/or active strategic advice.  We look for businesses with great leadership teams and a clear pathway to commercialisation and revenue.

Activ8 Capital Investors invests in private businesses, pre-IPO and publicly listed companies, with typical investment time horizon of 3-5 years and investment size of $25k to $500k.  We prefer to co-invest with other professional investors in early rounds and can offer introductions to a wide network of investors.

We are active managers with a vast array of experience across a number of sectors & geographic regions and therefore can offer support to our investee businesses throughout the growth cycle of the business.

Note: Keep the pitch brief and to the point - we prefer them to be no more than 10-12 slides if a presentation or 2-3 pages if a written document.  Ensure the pitch contains relevant financial information, competitive IP (if any), clear line of sight for your commercialisation strategy, a viable investment case with valuation metrics, a use of funds matrix, current shareholding structure and an idea of investment timelines.
